At Bundle x Joy, we believe that everyone deserves equal access to all digital experiences. We are committed to making our websites, mobile applications, and other online tools usable and accessible to people of all abilities, including those with disabilities. Our mission to deliver joy to every pet person extends to every customer who interacts with us, regardless of how they navigate the web.

We aim for conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, at the Level AA standard. While we control most of our digital environment, some portions may be operated by third-party services (such as payment processors, our subscription quiz tool, embedded reviews, social media widgets, and other third-party content). We strive to work with those partners to ensure they meet accessibility expectations.

To fulfill our commitment, we employ a multifaceted accessibility program, including regular testing using automated tools and manual audits, inclusive design and development practices, accessibility training for our team, and periodic review of third-party integrations and vendor compliance.

We aim to respond to accessibility inquiries within five business days, and to resolve verified issues as quickly as reasonably possible.
