Refund policy

We stand by our products, and want to ensure that every member of our community (especially your bundle bestie!) has the best experience possible. If we cannot make it right, we will honor a a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please note that returns will not be accepted on purchases with more than 3 quantities of the same product, or purchases made from a 3rd party seller.

Refund Requests

To start a return, you can contact us at support@bundlexjoy.com or via the contact us form on our website to connect with our team. We will work with you to provide a return shipping address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your items. Any items returned without a return request completed in advance will not be accepted. The refunded amount will only include the actual purchase price of the item, per the order details. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund any shipping charges. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on limited edition, clearance items or gift cards.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@bundlexjoy.com.
